Abstract：Inlinewiththedevelopmentofthenewera，thetrainingofgraduatestudentswithstrongpracticalabilityand professionalqualityhasbecomethetoppriorityofthereformanddevelopmentofprofesionaldegreegraduateeducation.This paperbrieflyanalyzedtheproblemsexistinginthetrainingprocessofpracticalabilityofprofessionaldegreepostgraduatesin China.AndthispaperexpoundedthemeasurestotrainprofesioaldegreepostgraduatesofforestryengineringinNortheast ForestryUniversityincludingthein-depthunderstandingofthelawofprofesionaldegreepostgraduateeducation，the constructionoftutorteam，theimprovementoftrainingprogram，thedevelopmentofenterprisejointtrainingandtheestablishment ofpracticeassessmentsystem.Thereformoftrainingmodeparadigmwasestablishedtograduallimprovepracticalabilityand providingcertainreferencesforthetrainingtheprofesionaldegreepostgraduatesofforestryengineringdisciplineundertheNew Forestry Science construction.
