Abstract:Structural Optimization Design,asasenior-level electivecourseforengineering disciplinessuchasmechanics, aerospace,andmechanicalenginering,isalignedwithntionalstrategicimperativesandthemissionofultivatinghigcaliber inovativetalentsGuidedbythe"ChiefEngineerEducationPhilosophy,itestablishesanintegratedeachingsystemthatbidges formalclassroominstructionandexperientiallearningbeyondtheclasroom.Bydevelopingcoreeducationalresourcesthat synergisticallincorporateengineeringpractic,ideologicalandpoliticalducationandcutingdgetechnologicaladvacemnts, thecoursedrivescomprehensivereformsinteachingmethodologies,curiculumcontent,pedagogicalstrategies,andassment mechanisms.Itmstocultivatestudents‘holisticcompetencies-characterizedbyteoeticalproficiencystrongpracticalabilities, acommimenttoinnovation,andasenseofprofessonalresponsibility-therebyoferingascalableandevidence-inforedmodel for advancing engineering curriculum reform in the new era.
