Abstract：Contemporarycomputerscienceandtechnology havebecomeoneofthefastest-growingandmostpromising disciplinesintheworld.Graduateeducationisacrucialcomponentofthehighereducationsystem.Thispapertakescomputer scienceand technologyasanexampletoexplorethe practicalapproaches tograduateeducationreforminthenew era.It proposesstrategiessuchasstrengtheningthecultivationofgraduatestudentspracticalabilties，enhancingcommunicationand cooperationamonggraduatestudents，adoptingpersonalizedtrainingprograms，andoferingcoursesoninovationand entrepreneurship.Bymeansoflaboratoryconstruction，participationinresearchprojects，seminars，andteamwork，thepractical abilitiesandresearchlevelsofgraduatestudentshavebeensignificantlyimproved.Thesepracticalexplorationsprovidevaluable insights and references for the reform of graduate education in the new era.
