“互联网+”大赛视域下土木工程专业复合创新型人才培养策略研究

Abstract:Cultivatingcompoundinnovativeengineringandsciencetalentsisthefundamentalguarantesforbuildingan inovativecountryCurently,thecivilengineringindustrysufersfromadepresedperiod.Strengtheningthecultivationof compoundinnovativetalentsisboththedemandoftheindustryandtherequirementofthetimes.Traditionalhighereducation institutions‘innovationeducationmainlydependsontheoreticalcourses.However,thereisashortageipracticalabilitytraining, andstudents generallylack innovative awareness.Guangzhou university has integrated the "Internet + " competition into the processofindustry,teachingandresearch,andhasvigorouslypromotedtheprofoundreformofthetalentcultivationsystem, achievingcertainresultsinenhancingthequalityofnewengineeingcompoundinnovativetalents.ThispapertakesGuangzhou University asan example to analyze the role of the "Internet + " competition in comprehensive reforming of engineering education, promotingdeeperintegationofinustry,teachingandresearchandacilitinginterdiscipliaryintegrationFinallysedothe experienceoftalentcultivationfromtheScholofCivilEngineeringandTransportation,thispaperproposesthestrategyof cultivating compound innovative talents in the civil engineering major based on the "Internet + " competition,providing a reference forthecultivationof compound innovative talentsincivil engineeringinuniversitiesatdiferentlevels.
