Abstract：Theclassroomisthemainbatlefieldforcollegestudentstoacquireknowledgeandenhancewisdom.Theultimate goalofteachingistodevelostudents'innovativethinkingandability.Inviewoftheproblemsexistinginmathematicsclasroom teaching，theinovativethinkingandabilityareclarifid，andtheideaofmathematicalmodelingisexpounded.Then，focusingon theteachingofconcepts，formulaprofs，examplesorexercisesintheclasroomofprobabilitytheoryandmathematicalstatistics， thefour-stepmodelofclassroomteachingintegratinginnovativethinkingandmodelingideasisrespectivelyilustratedthrough examples.Finaly，themodelof integration teachinginclassroomandkeypointsofinnovativeeducationaresummarized.
