Abstract：Againstthe backdropof globalcompetitionandthenational strategyofbuildingamaritimepower，currculumbasedideologicalandpoliticaleducationhasemergedasacorepathwayformoralandcharacterdevelopmentinengineering educatin.Thispaper，groundedinthe"ChiefDesigner-OrientedEducationCulture"oftheScholofNavalArchitectureat NorthwesternPolytechnical University，focusesontheintegrationofideologicaleducationintothecuriculumfortheNaval ArchitectureandOceanEngineeringprogram.Byconstructinga"three-in-one"educationsystem，designinga"learning-iovation integration"teachingmodel，andbuildingacollborativeeduationplatform，thestudyexploresadeepintegrationmodelof profesionaleducationandideological-policaleducation.Theaimistocultivate"chiefdesigner-type"talentswhoembodyboth patroticcommitmentandinnovativecapabilityaligningwiththestrategicdemandsofbuildingamaritimepowerinthenewera. Thisstudytherebyofersapracticalparadigmforadvancingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofengineeingeducationinthe contemporary context.
