Abstract:UnderthebackgroundofAI-empoweredproject-basedteaching,thisstudyexploresthetransformationand developmentpathsofhighervocationaleducationinNortheastChinatakingtheintellgentconstructionmajorinHeilongjiang Provinceasanexample.Basedonthe2025TwoSessionsWorkReportandtheHeilongjiangProvincialTeritorial Spatial Planning,thecurentstatusofvocationaleducationisanalyzed,includingscaleexpansion,regionalcharacteristics,faculty development,andinternationalcomparisons.ThestudyidentifiesproblemsinthetransformationofProject-BasedLearning,such asfacultymaladaptation,resourceshortages,andimperfectevaluationsystems,anddiscusestheaplicationopportuntsand chalengesofAtecnogyinareaslikepersoaliedleainginteligentassssentandvirtualsimulationTroughpractical casestudiesoftheintellgentconstructionmajor,reformstrategiesareproposed,includingthe"learningtroughcompetitions" model,facultyancement,ndindustducationintegationeesearchprovidestoreticaluidanceandpracticalpatsfor the high-quality development of higher vocational education in Northeast China.
