Abstract：UnderthebackgroundofAI-empoweredproject-basedteaching，thisstudyexploresthetransformationand developmentpathsofhighervocationaleducationinNortheastChinatakingtheintellgentconstructionmajorinHeilongjiang Provinceasanexample.Basedonthe2025TwoSessionsWorkReportandtheHeilongjiangProvincialTeritorial Spatial Planning，thecurentstatusofvocationaleducationisanalyzed，includingscaleexpansion，regionalcharacteristics，faculty development，andinternationalcomparisons.ThestudyidentifiesproblemsinthetransformationofProject-BasedLearning，such asfacultymaladaptation，resourceshortages，andimperfectevaluationsystems，anddiscusestheaplicationopportuntsand chalengesofAtecnogyinareaslikepersoaliedleainginteligentassssentandvirtualsimulationTroughpractical casestudiesoftheintellgentconstructionmajor，reformstrategiesareproposed，includingthe"learningtroughcompetitions" model，facultyancement，ndindustducationintegationeesearchprovidestoreticaluidanceandpracticalpatsfor the high-quality development of higher vocational education in Northeast China.
