课程思政融入课堂教学全过程的途径与实践
——以食品工程原理课程为例

Abstract:Basedonthecharacteristicsandrequirementsoftalentcultivationinthecontextofemergingengineering disciplinescombiningwiththecharacteristicsofthecourse,andapplyingfoodindustryregulationsducation,socialresposibility awarenesstraining,outlokonlifeandvalueguidance,etc,theconotationofideologicalandpoliticaleducationthatcanbe cariedbyPrinciplesofFodEngineringwasconstructedfromtheaspectsoftheoptimizationofteachingcontent,accuulation of ideologicalelements,improvementofteachingmethods,anddesignofteachingprograms.Theteachingobjectives,designand methodsofPrinciplesofFoodEngineeingintegratedwithideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthecuriculumwereanalyzed. TheelementsofideologicalandpoliticaleducationwerepermeatedandintegratedwiththeknowledgepointsofPrinciplesof FoodEnginering.Valueshapingwascariedoutsimultaneouslyintheprocessofknowledgeimpartingandabilitycultivation, and the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent was implemented.
