Abstract：Aimingatthecurentproblemsofstudentslimitedabilityofindependentleamingandinovativethinking inthe undergraduatecourse"WaterTreatmentEngineering2（Bilingual）"，thisresearchsystematicallycariedoutthepracticeand explorationofonlineandoflinemixedteaching modebasedonSuperstarLearning.Firstofallrelyingontheonlinenetwork platformssuchas SuperstarLeamingandRainClasroom，themixedteachingmodeofonlineandoffineisconstructed. Secondly，onthebasisoftheoriginaloflineteachingresourcebank，theonlineteachingresourcebanksuchascourseshort videoscreenisadded.Finall，themixedteachingevaluationsystemisperfected，andtheevaluationmodelbasedon"course achievementasessent，studentsatisfactionevaluationandpeerevaluation"isconstructed.Afterthepracticeofthismodel， students'gradesandteamresultsaresignificantlyincreased，whichprovidesanefectivereferenceforthereformoftheteaching mode of environmental science and engineering courses in universities.
