Abstract：Thedevelopmentofnewproductive forces isof greatsignificance to China'smodernization，andtheeducational reformshouldalsobecenteredonthedevelopmentofnewproductiveforces.Inviewoftheshortcomingsoftheresponseof the graduatecoursesofenergyandpowermajorstothenewqualityproductivity，thispapertakesthecourseofTheoryofEnergy ConservationandEmissonReductionofNewEnergy Vehiclesasanexample，clarfiesthecharacteristicsofenergyandpower professionalsbydeplydiscussngtherelationshipbetweennewqualityproductivityandthetrainingofenergyandpower profesionals，analyzestheproblemsexistinginthetrainingofenergyandpowertalents，andproposestheoptimizationpathof theenergyandpowerprofessonalcuiculumsystemfromtheperspectiveofnewqualityproductivityfromthethreedimensions ofteachinggoaldesign，teachingcontentdesignandteachingmethoddesign.Thatis，tofocusonexpandingthedesignof teachingobjectivestomeettheneedsofcomprehensivetalentsinthemarket，makefulluseofmoderninformationtechnology meanstoenrichthedesignofteachingcontentwithmultidisciplinaryintegration，vigorouslypromotethein-depthintegationof industryandeducation，andputforwardtheteachingmethoddesignof"onelesonwithmultipleteachers"toenhancestudents employment competitiveness.
