Abstract:Thedevelopmentofnewproductive forces isof greatsignificance to China'smodernization,andtheeducational reformshouldalsobecenteredonthedevelopmentofnewproductiveforces.Inviewoftheshortcomingsoftheresponseof the graduatecoursesofenergyandpowermajorstothenewqualityproductivity,thispapertakesthecourseofTheoryofEnergy ConservationandEmissonReductionofNewEnergy Vehiclesasanexample,clarfiesthecharacteristicsofenergyandpower professionalsbydeplydiscussngtherelationshipbetweennewqualityproductivityandthetrainingofenergyandpower profesionals,analyzestheproblemsexistinginthetrainingofenergyandpowertalents,andproposestheoptimizationpathof theenergyandpowerprofessonalcuiculumsystemfromtheperspectiveofnewqualityproductivityfromthethreedimensions ofteachinggoaldesign,teachingcontentdesignandteachingmethoddesign.Thatis,tofocusonexpandingthedesignof teachingobjectivestomeettheneedsofcomprehensivetalentsinthemarket,makefulluseofmoderninformationtechnology meanstoenrichthedesignofteachingcontentwithmultidisciplinaryintegration,vigorouslypromotethein-depthintegationof industryandeducation,andputforwardtheteachingmethoddesignof"onelesonwithmultipleteachers"toenhancestudents employment competitiveness.
