Abstract:Thepurposeofthispaperistoexplorethenewmodelofinterdisciplinarytalenttraininginthemedicaland industrialfields.Italsoaimstohighlighttheimportanceandchalengesassociatedwithtraininginovativetalentsinthe healtcareandmedicaldeviceindustry.Inlightoftheexistingisueswithincurentinterdisciplinarycoursesinmedicineand engineering,takingthecourseofQuantitativePhysiologyofBeihang Universityasanexample,thereformof"LBLCPL-PBL" hybridteachingmodewasproposed.Theobjectivewas tobridgethegap betwenengineringandmedicalcourseswhile promotingstudentsintegrationofbasicmedicalknowledgewithengineeingthinking.Theresultsoftheteachingresearchsowed thatthereformedteachingmodesignificantlyenhancesstudents’learningoutcomes,stimulatestheirlogicalthinking,andfosters creativity.Thereformofthemixedteachingmodelprovidesnovelideasandreferencesforfuturecross-disciplinarytraining programs targeting medical-industrial talents.
