TakingCityConstructionDepartmentofTraffcEngineering，BeijingUniversityofTechnologyasanexample，wetrytocultivate newmodeofstudents，basedontheindustryeducation-researchfusionbackgroud，combinedwiththequalityoftalenttraining， explorethenewengineringmajorstudenttrainingstrategymobilizesocialresourcestopromoteprofesionalinovationtalent training，combinedwiththeactualsituationoftheconstructionofcollgesanduniversities，togivethescientificandfeasible training scheme.
