Abstract:Thisstudysurveyedthelearning experiencesoftourism management studentsinthecourseof WesternEconomics. Thefindingsrevealthat,moststudentsfindthecourseinterestingandconsidertheclasroomcontentengaging,yettheyonly manage to grasp 60-80% ofthematerial;Students generally find mathematical formulas,theoretical models,and graphical representationschallenging,andtheypreferdiversfiedlearningmethodssuchasself-study,groupcollboration,andinteractive teaching;Factorscontributingtothesedificultiesincludeteachingmethods,insuficientfoundationalknowledge,mismatched learningpace,andthevolumeofcourse content.Basedonthese findings,thepaperproposespedagogicalreform recommendationsaimedatenhancingteachingquality,accommodatingindividualstudentneeds,andintegratingtheoretical knowledge with practical skills.
