Abstract：Colege studentsandother young groupsuseaseriesofonline wordssuchas "working people"involutin""lying flat"and"Budhiststyle"toformaculturalformof"anti-labor”amongcollgestudents，deconstructinglaborvaluesand dispelingthespiritofmodelworkers.Theintegrationofideasandsystemsintotheneweramodelworkerspiritasanadvanced socialistspiritinthecourseofIdeologicalandMoralEducationandRuleofLawisaposiblesolution.Thecootationof the spiritofmodelworkersintheneweraisconsistentwiththebasiclawsof"knowledge，intention，andaction"educationinthe courseof"ideology，morality，andruleoflaw"，andisinlinewiththeteachingcontentandvalueorientation.Exploringthe integrationofthespiritof"knowledge，intention，andaction"intothecourseofIdeologicalandMoralEducationandRuleof Lawintheneweraofmodelworkershaspositivetheoreticalandpracticalsignificanceforreestablishingthelaborvaluesof "gloryinlaborandhappinessinstrugle"amongcolegestudents，promotingthespiritofmodelworkersinthenewera，and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.
