Abstract：Scientificandtechnologicalinnovationisthegreatestdrivingforceofnewqualityproductivity.Thus，inorderto satisfythenewindustrialdemandthetechnologicalresearchiscariedoutinanorganzedforThedeologicalandpolitical educationinthegraduateprofessionalcurrculumshouldkeepupwiththetrendsinthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology， andintegratethecontentofpolitics，knowledge，majoradpractice.Theteachingcontentofthegraduateprofesionalcoursehas beenredesignedtoincludetheideologicalandpoliticalelementsbyconsideringthespiritoforganizedresearchteamsuchas pragmatism，enterprise，cooperation，responsibiltyandinnovation.Theteachingpathisdividedintothreephases：thehistoryof theoretical，thetheoreticalfoundationandinovativedevelopment.Theabovefivespiritualelementsoforganizedresearchteam areintegratedintotheeducationpath，anditiscapabilitytoestablishcorectidealsandbeliefs，enhancethesenseof responsibilityfornationalrejuvenationintheconstructionofastrongcountryandadapttotherequirementsofthenewproductive development.
