Abstract：Thispaperaimstoconductanin-depth studyontheevaluationsystemoffirst-classcoursesinaplicationorienteduniversities.Byanalyzingthediferencesincourseconstructionbetweenapplication-orienteduniversitiesandgeneral undergraduateinstitutions，andbasedonthenationalandJiangsuprovincialstandardsforfirst-classcourseconstructionan evaluationsystemcoveringthreedimensions，namelycoursefoundation，aplication-orientedcharacteristics，andcontinuous improvement，hasbenconstructed.Thespecificindicatorsundereachdimensionandtheirconotationsareelaboratedindetail， providingarelativelycomprehensive，scientific，andoperableevaluationframeworkfortheconstructionoffirst-classcoursesin application-orienteduniversities，whichisconducivetopromotingtheimprovementofcoursequalityandtherealiationoftalent cultivation goals in application-oriented universities.
