Abstract：MarineEnvironmentalLoadisacrucialprofesionalcoursefornavalarchitectureandoceanengineeringmajors.It encompassesvarioustopics，includingoceanwind，waveandloaddynamics，tides，oceancurents，andseaiceandicelads，all ofwhichareinfusedwithsignificantideologicalandpoliticalelementsThispaperaimstodiscusstheestablishmentand evaluationofthecourseofMarineEnvironmentalLoadwithintheframeworkofideologicalandpolicalelementsinthe curriculum.Tbeginitisessentialtoclarifytheobjectivesndstrategiesforintegratingideologicalandpiticalcostruction intothecurrculum.Thisincludesoutlining themethodsandconceptsthatwillguidethisintegration.Theexplorationand integrationofideologicalandpoliticalelementswillfocusonfourkeyareas：professionalknowledgeandMarxist-Leninist philosophy，traditionalunderstandinganddialecticalthinking，theroleofskiledartisansinagreatnationandtheirprossional responsiblities，andthealignmentofcuriculumelementswithcontemporaryissues.Anafter-scholideologicalandpoltical questionairewillbedesignedtogatherevaluationsofthecuriculum'sideologicalandpoliticalachievements.Theanalytic hierarchyprocesswillbeemployedtoassessthefectivenessoftheideologicalandpoliticalconstructionwithintheculu， providing guidance for the improvement and development of future courses.
