Abstract:Thecultivationofpostgraduatestudents‘inovationabilityisanimportantpartofbuildingatalenthighlandin thenewengineeringdiscipline.Withtherapiddevelopmentofthemarineenginering fieldin China,therequirementsfor postgraduatestudents‘inovationabilityareincreasingdaybyday.Conductingteachingreformofpostgraduateprofssional coursesandenhancingpostgraduatestudents'innovationabilityareofgreatsignificanceforrealizingthegoalofamaritime power.This paperanalyzestheproblemsexistinginthecurrntteachingof marineenginering postgraduatecourses,proposesa teachingreformideaandimplementationmethodcenteredonthecultivationofinnovationability,andformsanewtypeof scienceandeducationintegrationpostgraduatetrainingmodelof"nowledgestructureoptimization-practicalabilitystrengthening -comprehensivequalityimprovement"thre-dimensionallinkage.Thereformeffcthasbeenverifiedthroughpractice,layinga good foundation for further enhancing postgraduate students‘innovation ability.
