Abstract：Thecultivationofpostgraduatestudents‘inovationabilityisanimportantpartofbuildingatalenthighlandin thenewengineeringdiscipline.Withtherapiddevelopmentofthemarineenginering fieldin China，therequirementsfor postgraduatestudents‘inovationabilityareincreasingdaybyday.Conductingteachingreformofpostgraduateprofssional coursesandenhancingpostgraduatestudents'innovationabilityareofgreatsignificanceforrealizingthegoalofamaritime power.This paperanalyzestheproblemsexistinginthecurrntteachingof marineenginering postgraduatecourses，proposesa teachingreformideaandimplementationmethodcenteredonthecultivationofinnovationability，andformsanewtypeof scienceandeducationintegrationpostgraduatetrainingmodelof"nowledgestructureoptimization-practicalabilitystrengthening -comprehensivequalityimprovement"thre-dimensionallinkage.Thereformeffcthasbeenverifiedthroughpractice，layinga good foundation for further enhancing postgraduate students‘innovation ability.
