Abstract：Asageneral electivecourse，"WildemnessSurvivalandSafety"mainlycovers thebasicknowledgeofdangersand hazardsinoutdrork，andimpartsfundamentalsillssuchsildeesssfetyssuraneurvivalirstidndseIis of greatpracticalsignificancetoletstudentsestablishrespectandreverencefornatureandlife，enhancetheirawarenessoffeld worksafetyandensurefutureworksafety.Acording tothecharacteristicsof generaleducationelectivecourse，thecontentand methodof"WildernessSurvivaland Safety"aredesigned.BasedontheTronClassplatform，ateachingmodeof"introducing typicaldangerouscases，deliveringin-depthclassroomleturesonbasictheories，conductingin-lasstestsonlearningutcomes， expandingasicskillsafterclass，andintegratingideologicalandpolicaleducationthroughouttheentireprocess"hasben adopted in the teaching processThrough four periods of teaching practice，the teaching efect has ben good.
