Abstract：Inthejourneyofcomprehensivelyadvancing theconstructionofChina'smodermizationinourcountryaccelerating thecultivationoffutureleadingtalentsintechnologicalinnovationisnotonlyanimportantmeansofdevelopingnewquality productiveforcesbutalsoanessentialrequirementforpromotinghigh-qualityeconomicandsocialdevelopment.Key competenciesarenotonlyanimportantbasisfordeterminingtalentcultivationgoalsbutalsoaprofileoftechnicalleadingtalents thatcanadapttothedevelopmentoffuturenewqualityproductiveforces.Thisarticleconstructsakeycompetencymodelfor futureleadingtalentsintechnologicalinovation，whichincludesninemajorcompetencies，fromthreedimensions："thinking ability""innovationabity"and"practicalability".ItisappliedinthetalentcutivationprocessattheScholofFuture Technology，ChinaUniversityof Geosciences，formingakeycompetencycultivationmodelof"oneheart，twosystems，andhree transformations"，providing an effective pathway for the cultivation of innovative talent key competencies.
