Abstract：Tocaryoutideologicalandpolicalteachingwhichconformstothecharacteristicsof innovativetalentstraining inthefieldofnewengineeingisanimportanttaskforthetalentstrainingunitsofengineringdisciplinesinourcountryatthe presentstage.Basedonthecultivationperspectiveofinnovativetalentsinthefeldofnewengineering，byanalyzingthevalue implicationofideologicalandpoliticaleducationforinovativetalentsinthefieldofnewenginering，constructingthepathof ideologicalandpoliticaleducationforinnovativetalentsinthefieldofnewengineering，andcarryingouttheexplorationand practiceofideologicalandpoliticaleducationforinovativetalentsinthefieldofnewenginering，allkindsofideologicaland politicaleducationmethodsarecombinedwiththeteachingcarierofnewengineeinginordertoprovidereferenceandreference forimprovingtheideologicalandpoliticalteachingefectofinovativeappliedtalentsunderthebackgroundofnewenginering construction.
