Abstract：Thedeepintegrationof majorsandindustriesinlocaluniversitiescannotonlysignificantlyimprovethequalityof talenttrainingbutalsoeectivelypromotetheupgradingandtransfomationoftaditionalindustries.However，itherocesof theactualintegrationmanydep-seatedproblemsndtobesolved，theprofessionaldirectionisdiulttoaccuratelyspt theindustrialupgrading，thecoursecontentseriouslylagsbehindthetechnologicaldevelopment，andthescientificresearch achievementsarediffculttoefectivelyhelptheindustrialdevelopment.Thispaperfocusesontheproblemsfacedbythelocal universitiesintheintegrationofmajorsandindustryintalenttraining，deplydiscusestherestrictionfactorsofthedep integrationofmajorandindustrynavalarchitectureandoceanengineering，andinovativelyputsforwardthemainpathsand methodsfdeepintegration，aiming toeffectivelyimprovetheabilityofprofesionalserviceindustryandprovideastrong momentum for the high-quality development of the industry.
