Abstract：Considering thegrowing demandfornurturingnewqualitytalents，theinsuffcientemphasisinnovativethinking andliteracy，andtheweaksupportincourseobjectives，basedonthecasestudyof InterchangeabilityandTechnical Measurement，thispaperdetailsthereconstructionofourseobjectivesandachievementmodelfromthedimensionsofknowledge， ability，andqualityandthehierarchicaldecompositionofoursebjectives，ensuringthealigmentbetweenteachingactities andcourseobjectives，therebyenhancing theoverallefectivenessofeducationalprocess.Thecoursecontent，teachingmode， teachingassessment，andotherelementsarecomprehensivelyoptimized.Basedontheevaluationofcourseobjectiveataient， continuousimprovement measuresandrefinedfedbackareprovided，therebyformingaclosed loopteaching practice path，which providesreferences for currculum reform of mechanical engineering and construction of emerging enginering.
