Abstract：Inthecurrnterawhereinterdisciplinaryintegrationhasemergedasacrucialforceinscientificandtechological inovation，thecultivationof postgraduatestudentsinsurveyingandremotesensingfacesnewchallengesandopportunities.This paperdelvesdeepintothecurrentsituationofmulti-disciplinaryintegrationandthecultivationofsurveyingpostgraduate students，uncoveringexistingproblemsinaspctssuchasorganzationalstructure，teaching，andasessment.Centeringonthecore objectiveofenhancingthecultivationqualityandfocusingonkeyissueslikethereversedesignofpostgraduatecultivation，the shapingofinovativepracticalabiltiesandtheorganicintegrationofmultipledisciplines，thispapersystematicallyexpoundson reformstrategiesincludingcuriculumreconstruction，theconstructionofdisciplinarygroups，teachinginovationthepromotionof internatinalizationandthecordinatedcultivationof"knowledge-ability-ideologicalandpoliticaleducation".Itprovides practical guidanceforthereformofpostgraduateeducationinsurveyingandremotesensing，andcontributestothecultivationof high -quality surveying and remote sensing professionals who meet the needs of society.
