Abstract:Inthecontextofnewliberalarts,integratingeconometrictheoryandmethodswithmanagementapplicationsis crucialforpromotiginterdiscipliaryintegrationandiovationswellasforcultivatiginterdiscipliarytalentsinwera. ThispaperanalyzesthecurentteachingsystemofEconometricsinundergraduatemanagementprograms,pointingoutseveral isuesschasisufientinterdisliaryintegatoweakpacticalapcatiolackofiovatieingiedinteatioal perspective,andconstraintsonstudentspersonalizeddevelopment.Basedonthesefindings,thepaperappliestheADDIE instructionaldesignmodel,advancingthroughfivestages-Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation,andEvaluation-to comprehensivelycover allaspectsof teachingreform.Asystematicteachingreformplanisproposedwiththeaimofenhancing theinterdisciplinaryintegration,innovation,andpracticalityofthecourse,therebyprovidingnewideasanddirectionsforthe teaching of Econometrics.
