Abstract：Inthecontextofnewliberalarts，integratingeconometrictheoryandmethodswithmanagementapplicationsis crucialforpromotiginterdiscipliaryintegrationandiovationswellasforcultivatiginterdiscipliarytalentsinwera. ThispaperanalyzesthecurentteachingsystemofEconometricsinundergraduatemanagementprograms，pointingoutseveral isuesschasisufientinterdisliaryintegatoweakpacticalapcatiolackofiovatieingiedinteatioal perspective，andconstraintsonstudentspersonalizeddevelopment.Basedonthesefindings，thepaperappliestheADDIE instructionaldesignmodel，advancingthroughfivestages-Analysis，Design，Development，Implementation，andEvaluation-to comprehensivelycover allaspectsof teachingreform.Asystematicteachingreformplanisproposedwiththeaimofenhancing theinterdisciplinaryintegration，innovation，andpracticalityofthecourse，therebyprovidingnewideasanddirectionsforthe teaching of Econometrics.
