Abstract：Inordertocultivateapliedtalentsthat meetindustrydemands，thispaper，basedontheOBE（Outcomes-Based Education）educationalphilosophydiscussstheintegrationofindustryandeducationinthefieldofeconomicmanagement courses，takingtherealestatemarketmarketingcourseasanexample.Firstly，thepaperanalyesthepainpointsofthecourse; secondly，itconstructsateachingdesignsystemforindustry-educationintegrationbasedontheOBEconept，whichincludesone leadingfactortheedimesios，andfivelinks;tnitelaboratesotheimplementatioprocessofidustducationteatio teachingfromfiveaspects：courseobjectives，teachingresources，teachingcontent，teachingmethods，andteachingevaluation; finallyitsummarizestheefectsofindustryeducationintegrationbasedonthereformpracticeoftherealestatemarket marketing course.

自2013年党的十八届三中全会研究并通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》首次提出“产教融合”，到2017年十九大报告再次明确“要深化产教融合、校企合作”、国务院出台《国务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》（国办发[2017]95号），再到2019年《国家产教融合建设试点实施方案》的出台，产教融合的战略地位日益突出。（剩余7762字）
