Abstract：Theintegrationof industryandeducationisastrategicmeasuretopromotethedevelopmentofhighereducation， talent-leddevelopment，industrialinnovationanddevelopment，andhigh-qualityconomicdevelopment.Inrecentyars，thenew energyindustryinChinahasdevelopedrapidly，andthedemandforappliedtalentshasincreasedsignficantlyInorderto improvetepracticalabilityandcomprehensivequalityofthestudentsofappliedchemistrymajorinGuangxiNomalUniversity thereformof majortalenttrainingmodeisimplementedfromtheaspectsofcuriculumsystem，textbookconstruction，practical teaching，academiccompetitionandresearchtraining.Thetechnologyandknowledgeofnewenergyindustryareintegratedinto eachlinkofthetrainingofappliedchemistrymajor，realizingtheeficientconnectionoftheeducationchain，talentchainand industrial chain and innovation chain. The cultivation quality of applied chemistry major has been improved.
