Abstract：NewQualityProductiveForcestrigerssystematicchangesinhighereducationconcepts，goals，contents，methods， systemsandgovernance.ThisstudyfocusesontheimpactoftheNewQualityProductiveForcesontheenvironmentaldesign profesionandthereflectiontriggeredbyitanalyzestheconnotationoftheNewQualityProductiveForces，explainsitstwo-way empoweringrelationshipwiththeprofesionalconstructionandexploresthetransformationoftheenvironmentaldesignndustry andthecross-bordercooperationsituationdrivenbyit.Throughin-depthstudyoftheimpactoftheNewQualityProductive Forcesonthetrainingofenvironmentaldesignprofesionalsatallevels，analyzing theexistinggaps，andproposingtargeted reformandinovationstrategies，weaimtoprovidetheoreticalandpracticalguidancefortheenvironmentaldesignprofesioto complywiththedevelopmenttrendoftheNewQualityProductiveForces，andtoachievesynergisticprogressbetween highquality talent training and the industry.
