Abstract：Aiming totheproblemsof lack ofsystematiccourseselection，diffcultyin learningandpoor learningoutcomes causedbyinsuficientconsiderationoftherelationshipsbetweenprerequisiteandsubsequentcoursesinexistinggraduate education，thisstudyconductsasystematicstudyontheteachingmodelforgraduatestudentswiththeresearchthoughtprocess of"knowledgechainsorting-courseorganicintegration-teacherteamteaching".First，thestudyconductstop-leveldesigbased onthe"knowledgechain"，focusingontheintrinsicrelationshipsbetweenprerequisiteandsubsequentcourses，andsortsout severalknowledgechainsfordiferentmajors.Then，thestudyguidesthelayoutofcoursesintermsofcontentandtimebased ontheevolutionofknowledge chains，forming coursemodulesthatconsidertheprogressonofdiferentcoursesandthe specialtiesofdiferentmajors.Finall，withtheframeworkofthecoursemodulesinplace，thestudyassemblesateacherteam forrelevantcoursesandarangesteachingtasksinanorderlymanneraccordingtotherelevantcontentandteachingtime，thus achievinganewteachingmodelthatbetteralignscoursecontentwiththelawsofknowledgeprogresion，integratesprerequisite andsubsequentcoursesorganically，andcoordinatestheefortsofteachers.Thismodelcontinuouslyimprovesthequaityof graduate education. Finally，a practical case study verifies the effectiveness of the model.
