地方高校研究生“导学思政”的内涵、现状及实践路径研究

Abstract：AsthescaleofgraduateeducationinChinacontinuestoexpand，ideologicalandpoliticaleducationforgraduate studentswillplayanincreasinglyvitalroleinacceleratingthereformanddevelopmentofgraduateeducation.Graduate"mentorguidedideologicalandpolicalducatio"referstoamodelcenteredontheaademicadvisontegratingideologicalandpoliticaleducationthroughouttheentiregraduatetrainingprocesstoachievetheorganicunityofacademiccapabilitydevelopmntand valueformation.Thisaroachplaysanieplaceableroleinideologicalandpolicaleucation.Itscoecharacteristicsinclude theunityofteachingandnurturing，theexemplarynatureof leadingbyexample，andtheinteractive，two-waynatureof theprocess.However，localcollgesanduniversitiesfaceconstraintsuetoesourcesarcitynadequatemechanisms，andcapacitylimitations.Theimplementationof"mentorgudedideologicalandpoliticalducation"encounterschalengessuchasinsufntideologicalawarenessandcapablitiesamongmentors，distortedmentor-studentrelationships，lackofinitiativeamonggraduatestudents，scarcityoflcalresoucesandtheabsenceofevaluationmechanisms.Toaddressthesechalenges，efortsshouldfocuson enhancingmentorseducationalawarenessandcapabitiesrefininggraduatetrainingsystems，stimulatinggraduateinitiativedeepeningvalueguidancethroughlocalresources，andimprovingideologicalandpoliticalevaluationincentivemechanisms.Tesapproachescanenhancetheeectivenessofideologicalandpolticaleducation，preventtheseparationofacademicandideological pursuits，andcultivatehigh-levelinovativetalentsequippedwithbothprofesionalcompetenceandsocialresponsibility.
