地方高校研究生“导学思政”的内涵、现状及实践路径研究

Abstract:AsthescaleofgraduateeducationinChinacontinuestoexpand,ideologicalandpoliticaleducationforgraduate studentswillplayanincreasinglyvitalroleinacceleratingthereformanddevelopmentofgraduateeducation.Graduate"mentorguidedideologicalandpolicalducatio"referstoamodelcenteredontheaademicadvisontegratingideologicalandpoliticaleducationthroughouttheentiregraduatetrainingprocesstoachievetheorganicunityofacademiccapabilitydevelopmntand valueformation.Thisaroachplaysanieplaceableroleinideologicalandpolicaleucation.Itscoecharacteristicsinclude theunityofteachingandnurturing,theexemplarynatureof leadingbyexample,andtheinteractive,two-waynatureof theprocess.However,localcollgesanduniversitiesfaceconstraintsuetoesourcesarcitynadequatemechanisms,andcapacitylimitations.Theimplementationof"mentorgudedideologicalandpoliticalducation"encounterschalengessuchasinsufntideologicalawarenessandcapablitiesamongmentors,distortedmentor-studentrelationships,lackofinitiativeamonggraduatestudents,scarcityoflcalresoucesandtheabsenceofevaluationmechanisms.Toaddressthesechalenges,efortsshouldfocuson enhancingmentorseducationalawarenessandcapabitiesrefininggraduatetrainingsystems,stimulatinggraduateinitiativedeepeningvalueguidancethroughlocalresources,andimprovingideologicalandpoliticalevaluationincentivemechanisms.Tesapproachescanenhancetheeectivenessofideologicalandpolticaleducation,preventtheseparationofacademicandideological pursuits,andcultivatehigh-levelinovativetalentsequippedwithbothprofesionalcompetenceandsocialresponsibility.
