Abstract:Theconstructionofemergingengineeringdisciplinesplaces higherdemandsontheinovation,practicalskils,and industryadaptabilityofengineeringtalents.InresponsetoexistingisuesintheMetalMaterialsEngineringmajor,suchasthe disconectionbetweenteoryandpractice,insufcientcultivationofiovationandlowalignmentwithindustryneds,tispaper proposesanewtalentculivationmodelof"Competition-Innovation-Production”triple-chainintegration-drivenbyacademiccompetitions,centeredoninnovationcapability,andguidedbyindustrydemands.Thepapersystematicallyelaboratesonthecootationandconstructionlogicofthismodelandproposesimplementationpathways,includingrestructuringaproject-basedcuiculumsystem,buildingatieredcompetitionplatform,andestablishingacolaborativeducationmechanismintegratingindustryacademiaand research.The aim of the study is to provide references for teaching reforms in similar disciplines.
