面向工程教育专业认证的新工科专业人才培养模式研究与实践

Abstract:Againstthebackdropof promotingengineeringeducationacreditationandemergingengineeringdisciplinedevelopment,thispaperhighlightscommonshortcomingsintalentcultivationforengineringmajorswithinuniversities.Theseincludea disconectbetweencuricuumdesignandindustryeeds,dificultiesinimplementingpracticaltrainingcomponents,andoverly uniformcultivationmodels.Troughexplorationandpracticeinengineeingeducationaccreditationandnewengineeingconstruction,NanhuaUniversityhasestablishedamodularteachingsystem,deepenedtheintegrationofscienceeducationwithindustry-academiacollboration,inovatedteachingethodologies,anddevelopedmonitoringmechanismsforthecultivationproe. Keyinitiativesundertakenincludeoptimizingthecurrculumsystem,strengtheningpracticalteaching,andreformingcultivation models.Thisapproachexploresanoveltalentcultivationmodelforemergingengineeingdisciplinesaligedwithenginringeducationaccreditationstandards.Studentsnurturedunderthismodelhavedemonstratedsignificantimprovementsininnovativespirit,practicalabilitiesndteamworkawarenssConsequentlyheoverallualityoftalentcultivationhaseeneanedering valuableinsightsforotheruniversitiesengaged inengineeringeducationaccreditationandnewengineering inititives.
