Abstract：AddressingtheproblemsexistingintheteachingofWine-making Technologycourse，suchasthelagofclasroom teachingcomparedtotechnologicaldevelopment，unbalancedalocationofteachingresources，limitedpracticalresouceonditions， rigidasessmentmethods，andasingleevaluationmechanism，outcome-basedeucation（OBE）wasselectedastheobjectivesin thisstudyinaccordancewiththeconceptofundergraduateprofessonalengineeringeducationaredittion.Inordertoconstruct a three-in-one teaching model of "interdisciplinary integration + technology fusion + industry-academia collaboration" practical pathssuchasinterdisciplinaryreconstructionofthecuriculumsystem，deep-drivencoreteaching linksbyAItechnology，andinnovationofasessentmechanismswouldbecariedout，andtherelatedachievementsarealsoverifiedthroughcrossuniversity application.Finall，thenecesityofachievingdiversifiedteachinginwine-makingtechologywillbesystematicallyelucidated， andAIdataprivacyprotectionnorms forcoursesandthedevelopment directionof thewineindustrywillbeestablished.
