Abstract:AddressingtheproblemsexistingintheteachingofWine-making Technologycourse,suchasthelagofclasroom teachingcomparedtotechnologicaldevelopment,unbalancedalocationofteachingresources,limitedpracticalresouceonditions, rigidasessmentmethods,andasingleevaluationmechanism,outcome-basedeucation(OBE)wasselectedastheobjectivesin thisstudyinaccordancewiththeconceptofundergraduateprofessonalengineeringeducationaredittion.Inordertoconstruct a three-in-one teaching model of "interdisciplinary integration + technology fusion + industry-academia collaboration" practical pathssuchasinterdisciplinaryreconstructionofthecuriculumsystem,deep-drivencoreteaching linksbyAItechnology,andinnovationofasessentmechanismswouldbecariedout,andtherelatedachievementsarealsoverifiedthroughcrossuniversity application.Finall,thenecesityofachievingdiversifiedteachinginwine-makingtechologywillbesystematicallyelucidated, andAIdataprivacyprotectionnorms forcoursesandthedevelopment directionof thewineindustrywillbeestablished.
