Abstract:"MOOC Westward2.0",acontinuationand depening of version1.0,providesanimportant path forpromoting balanceddevelopmentof highereducationincentraland western China.Thecourse"Biochemical SeparationAnalysis Technology andPrinciples”atSunYatsenUniversityisesetialforthedevelopmentandconstructionofthebiotechnologymajoratKashi University.Basedonsynchronousclasroomintellgentteaching,theteachingof"PreparationofBiomacromolecules"and"ChromatographyExpansion"hasbeencarriedout,whichintegratesonlineandoflineways,focusedonkeycontentsuchasinsulin preparationandchromatographytechnology,supplementedbyvirtualsimulationexperimentsandrealcaseanalyses,combinedwith extracuricularsaloninteractions,breakthroughregionalandresourcelimitations,andachievecomplementaryadvantagesandresourcesynergyThishasfectivelyenhancedthepracticalabilitiesanddisciplinaryvisionofstudentsatKashiUniversityand laysa foundation for cultivating more high-quality biotechnology talents that adapt toregional development.
