Abstract："MOOC Westward2.0"，acontinuationand depening of version1.0，providesanimportant path forpromoting balanceddevelopmentof highereducationincentraland western China.Thecourse"Biochemical SeparationAnalysis Technology andPrinciples”atSunYatsenUniversityisesetialforthedevelopmentandconstructionofthebiotechnologymajoratKashi University.Basedonsynchronousclasroomintellgentteaching，theteachingof"PreparationofBiomacromolecules"and"ChromatographyExpansion"hasbeencarriedout，whichintegratesonlineandoflineways，focusedonkeycontentsuchasinsulin preparationandchromatographytechnology，supplementedbyvirtualsimulationexperimentsandrealcaseanalyses，combinedwith extracuricularsaloninteractions，breakthroughregionalandresourcelimitations，andachievecomplementaryadvantagesandresourcesynergyThishasfectivelyenhancedthepracticalabilitiesanddisciplinaryvisionofstudentsatKashiUniversityand laysa foundation for cultivating more high-quality biotechnology talents that adapt toregional development.
