药学硕士研究生科研创新能力培养的影响因素及提升对策

——以W医科大学为例

Abstract：Againstthe backdropoftheongoing "HealthyChina"strategyandthedevelopmentofnew medicaldisciplines， thewholesocietyhaspaidsignificantlymoreatentiontohealth，andthedemandforhigh-endmedicaltalentsisincreasing， whichputsforwardhigherrequirementsforthecultivationofsientificresearchandinnovationcapabiliesofpharmacymaster's students.Thisstudyconductedaquestionnairesurveywith5O8pharmacymastersstudentsassamplesandusedregresionanaly sistoevaluatetheimpactofidividualfactors （suchasresearchinterestandawarenes），supervisorfactors （suchasguidanceabilityandacademiclevel），andshoolfactors（suchasacademicatmospereandresearchfacilies）onresearchandiovation capabilities.The resultsshowed that individual factors（B=O.293），supervisor factors（ B =0.185），and school factors（ B =0.310） all hadsignificant positive effects on research and innovation capabilities （ p <0.001）.Among them，school factors had the greatest impactonproblemanalysisandproblem-solvingabilties，individualfactorsweremostprominentinknowledgeconstructionandsupervisorfactorsplayedastrongguidingroleinproblemdiscovery.Itisrecommendedtoenhanceresearchinterest，improvesupervisorguidanceabilityandoptimizetheresearchenvironmenttocomprehensivelyimprovetheresearchandinnovationapabilities of pharmacy master's studentsand cultivate high-level innovative talents for the pharmaceutical field.
