Abstract：Caselibraryconstructionservesasapivotal platformforstandardizingcasedevelopment，sharing，andpedagogical practices，whilecase-basedteachingrepresentsacrucialaproachtofosteringdepintegrationbetweentheoryandpractieand enhancing talentcultivationquality.TakingtheAppliedElectrochemistrycourseasanexemplar，thispapersystematicallexaminesthedevelopmentandimplementationpathwaysofcaselibraries，encompasingcasecompilationprinciples，materialsourcing， standardizedconstructionandinstructionaldeliveryprocesses.Thecoursecasesareselectedfromexemplaryprojectsinational keyiitiatives，curentsocialisses，andfacultyesearchendeavors，aderingtoprinciplesofauthenticitystandardizatioand foresighttoachievestandardizedcontentarchitectureandinstutionalizedmanagementsystems.Throughcomprehensiveelucidation ofcase-basedteachingorganizationandimplementationproceses，thestudydemonstratesthatcaselibrarydevelopmentcansignificantly improve teaching relevance and classroom engagement.
