Abstract：Under theoverarching framework of the National Strategyfor theDevelopmentof the Guangdong-Hong KongMacaoGreaterBayArea，GuangdongProvincehaswitnessedrapidadvancementsincuting-edgeindustriessuchasarificialintellgence，bigdatanteligentmedicalobotics，andsarthealthcare.Tesedevelopmentshavegeneratednewdemandsfortalent cultivation.Thisprojectconductsananalysisofthecurentstatusofreformstothecultivationmodelforexceptionaliovative talentsinhealtcareinformaticsatGuangdongMedicalUniversitydentifiesexistingchallngesincutivatingsuchtalentsand proposesplansandimplementationstrategiesforfurtherdepeningthereformofthisinnovativetalentcultivationmodel.Thegoal istobuildadistinctiveandunquelyefectivepathwayfornurturingexceptionalinnovativetalents，therebyprovidingrobusttalent support for the advancement of healthcare in the Greater Bay Area and the nation as a whole.
