Abstract：Tomeettheneedof nationalstrategicemergingindustriesandtherequirementsforhigh-qualitydevelopmentin theelectronicinformationfield，thispaperfocusesonthereformofthetrainingmodeforprofessionaldegreepostgraduatesin electronicinformation，withthegoalof"servinglocaldevelopmentstrategiesandaligningwithindustrydemands".Thispaper proposesaninnovativeframeworkofjointtrainingfosteringvirtueandsoul，kepingupwithcuting-edgetrends，anddualwheeldrive"Byconstructingatrinitytrainingsystemof"iovationengineeringorientation，andpersonalization"，andiplementingmeasuressuchastheconstructionofuniversity-enterprisejointtrainingbases，thedeepintegrationofideologicaland politicaleducationwithprofessoaleducationheempowemntofurrcuumsystemswithcutingdgeindustrytecolgies， andtheintegratioofindustryacadeiaandresearchiinnovationandentrepreneurshippaths，aful-haineducainmehnismof"demand-driven，technology-empowered，andaplication-oriented"hasbeeformed.Theresearchresultsshowthatthis modehasefectivelyimprovedstudentsinterdisciplinaryhinkingengineeingpracticeabilityandsenseoffamilyandcotry providingapromotablepracticalparadigmforthetrainingofprofessionaldegreepostgraduatesinelectronicinformationinlocal colleges and universities.
