Abstract：Underthecontextofnewliberalartsdevelopmentandindustrialtransformation，localuniversitiesfacesignificant chalengesinthetransformationofeconomicsandmanagementprograms，includingfragmenteduniversityenterprisecooperation systems，disconnectionbetwentalentcultivationandindustrydemands，andtheabsenceofefectiveincentivemechanisms.Tis studyproposesathre-dimensional"Knowledge-Capability-Practice"frameworktodriveuniversitynterprisecollaborationByexamininggovernmentalpolicyorientations，corporateinovationneds，andeducationalreformbjectivesofuniversties，hestudy clarifiestecoredirectionsandpathwaysforuniversityenterprisecoperation.Furthermore，thepaperdesignspracticalpathways suchasprojectsynergyplatformcoconstruction，andbaselinkage，innovatingaulti-levelgoverancearchitecturesupportedby digitalmnagethasm.Uatelyissearchkstosoleinstittioalbisinpratrasfoatiotablsh asynergisticecosystemofindustryeducationintegrationandmulti-stakeholderbenefitsharing，andoferboththeoreticalinsights and practical guidance for cultivating application-oriented talent within new liberal arts disciplines.
