Abstract：Againstthebackdropofemergingengineringeducation，thisstudyexploreshowtheteachingreformofElectrical Machinerycanseveegoalofultivatingapcationorientdprofesioalsduringthintegrationofideologicalandpolialeducationinto thecurrculum.Thecourse team hasconductedexplorationand practiceincurrculum developmentfrom fiveaspcts： courseobjectives，teachingcontent，teachingmodels，instructionaldesign，andasessmentmethods.GuidedbytheOutcomesBasedEucation（OBE）philosophy，theteamhasestablishedatripartitecoursebjectiveintegrating"knowledgeabilityvalues，" constructeda"3-dimensional，6-C"frameworkforideologicalandpoliticalducationeorganizedteachingcontentthough"sychronousyetdiferentiatedaproaches，"developedacomprehensiveevaluationsystembasedontheTSCAmodel，andformeda unique "triple-three" collaborative education model.
