Abstract:Addressngtheinherentlmitationsof traditionaltalentdevelopmentmodels-namely,insuiientknowledgetegration,weakengineingpacticenddiscoctfroindustryeds-thisiitiativeudertakesacomprehesiveeforofoputer application-orientedtalentcultivation.Theapproachinvolvesreconstructingthecuriculumsystem,optiizingpracticaltraining components,developingeducationalresources,andestablishingproprietaryexperimentalplatforms.Thisstudyhasestablishedan integratedCurrculum-Practice-Iovation-Industr’foudimensionalultivationpathayEmpiricalresultsdemonstratethatthis modelefectivelyenancesstudentsengineringliteracyandinovationcapabilities,providingareplicableimplementationframeworkforlocalapplication-orientedcollgesanduniversitiesundertakingspecializedreformswithinthecontextofChina'semerging engineering education initiative.
