Abstract：Thecultivationoftop-notch talentsinecolgyisacrucialsupportforthenationalstrategyofecologicalcivilizationconstructionandsustainabledevelopment，carringprofoundscientificandsocialsignificance.TheTibetanPlateaisanimportantecologicalcivilizationhighlandandakeyecologicalsecurityinChina，hicholdsaigh-positionedanddemandingmissioninecologicalprotectio，yetfacesanextremeshortageoftalent.Accordingttheseriesofationaltop-notchtalenttraining inititives，XizangUniversityhasactivelyexploredacultivationmodelfortop-notchecologicaltalentstailoredtolocaledsby establishing the"Qomolangma Class."Duringthetrainingprocess，theprogramemphasizesideologicalandpoliticaleducationin thecuriculumandteachingreforms，constructingacomprehensive，multi-dimensionalideologicalandpolticaleducationsystem integratedintoprofesioalourses.Testudyleveragestheadvantagesofdistinctiveplatforstostrengthenanintegatedpractical teaching model combining "field station internships + laboratory research training." Furthermore，it deepens the integration andsharingof high-qualityresourcesbetweensupportingandreceiving institutions，promotinga"joint training + student exchange"mechanismwithpartneruniversitiesaidingXizang.Through"imbuingstudentswithintegitytroughplateau-basedcourses，temperingtheirskilswithnational misions，andenrichingtheirmindswithethnic wisdom，”theprogramaims toproduceinnovativehigh-leveltalentsequppedwithbothecologicalexpertiseandastrongsenseofnationalcommitmentforXizang.Simultaneously，thestudyprovidesanexemplarymodelforcultivatingtop-notchtalentsinrelatedfieldsinethnicborderregions.
