基于“课教实赛”融合的科研课堂教学模式改革研究

Abstract：Tomeetthedemandsofcultivatinginovativetalentsintheaerospacefieldunderthebackgroundofnewengineeringdisciplines，thispaperproposesaresearch-orientedclasroomteachingrefommodelintegrating"courses，teaching，experimentsandcompetitions”（"CTEC"）.ThismodelisbasedonthepracticalexplorationoftheresearchclasroomatBeihagUniversity.Byorganicallintegratingmultipleaspectssuchascourseteaching，scientificresearchtraining，experimentaloperations andscienceandtechnologycompetitions，thisstudyconstructsasystemforcultivatingundergraduatestudentsscientificresearch inovationcapabitieswithaerospacecharacteristics.Theresearchfocusesonelaborating thedesignideasofmicro-projects，the systematiccultivationpathofscientificresearchcapabilies，theapplicationofproject-basedleaing（PBL）mode，andtheinte grationmechanismdrivenbycompetitions，amongotherspecificimplementationplans.Teachingpracticeshowsthatthismodel significantlyeancesstudents’sientificesearchliteracypracticaliovationabilityndteamworkawarenessprovidingeer enceableand promotable effective model for the cultivation of new engineering talents in the aerospace field.
