Abstract:Tomeetthedemandsofcultivatinginovativetalentsintheaerospacefieldunderthebackgroundofnewengineeringdisciplines,thispaperproposesaresearch-orientedclasroomteachingrefommodelintegrating"courses,teaching,experimentsandcompetitions”("CTEC").ThismodelisbasedonthepracticalexplorationoftheresearchclasroomatBeihagUniversity.Byorganicallintegratingmultipleaspectssuchascourseteaching,scientificresearchtraining,experimentaloperations andscienceandtechnologycompetitions,thisstudyconstructsasystemforcultivatingundergraduatestudentsscientificresearch inovationcapabitieswithaerospacecharacteristics.Theresearchfocusesonelaborating thedesignideasofmicro-projects,the systematiccultivationpathofscientificresearchcapabilies,theapplicationofproject-basedleaing(PBL)mode,andtheinte grationmechanismdrivenbycompetitions,amongotherspecificimplementationplans.Teachingpracticeshowsthatthismodel significantlyeancesstudents’sientificesearchliteracypracticaliovationabilityndteamworkawarenessprovidingeer enceableand promotable effective model for the cultivation of new engineering talents in the aerospace field.
