Abstract：AimingattheproblemsintheideologicalandpoliticalconstructionofcolegeEnglishmajorcourses，suchas someteachers’uncleareducationalphilosophy，andtheseparaionofpracticalteachingfromclasroomteaching，basedonthe conotationofintegratingintangibleculturalheritage（ICH）inheritanceintotheideologicalandpoliticalconstructionofcollge Englishmajorcourses，thispaper，guidedbytheinherentcoectionbetweenthenationalstrategyinthenewera，theconstructionofnewliberalartsandthecharacteristicsofEnglishdiscipline，exploresthedistinctiveclasroomteachingandpractical teachingpathsforintegratingICHinheritanceintoEnglishmajorsincollgesanduniversitiesinethnicareas.Thegoalisto achievetheintegrationoftheoryandpractice，andthedevelopmentofinheritanceandinnovation，soastoblazea"top-don" and"grounded"inovativepathforculivatingappliedEnglishtalentswithdistinctnationalculturalcharacteristics，andprovide reference for other majors or courses.
