Abstract：Underthebackdropof industry-educationintegrationbecominganimportantdirectionforChina'shigheredcation reform，thispapertakestheorder-basedpostgraduateeducationprogramjointlyconductedbytheCollgeofElectronicScience， NationalUniversityofDefenseTechnologyandmultiplemilitaryenterprisesintheelectronicinformationfieldasanexample. Thisstudyintroducestheconceptualmeaningandpracticallogicofrder-orientedgraduatecultivation，explorespracticalapproachesinareassuchasjointlydevelopingtrainingplansbetweeuniversitiesandenterprises，inovatingthedual-supervisor system，achievingdualcordinationbetweetechnologicalinnovationandeducation，co-buildingspecializedteachingesources， andtalentselectionandevaluationAdditionall，thestudyprovidescountermeasureprospectsforcurrntchalengesandprobles. Therelevantexperiencecanserveasareferencefordeepeningtheintegrationof industryandeducationingraduatetrainingand enhancinguniversityenterprisecolaborationithedefensetechnologysecto，therebysupportingtheresolutionofmismatchesbetweeneducational supply and industrial demand.
