Abstract:Withthevigorousdevelopmentofstrategicemergingindustriessuchasartificialinteligence,adisconnecthasemergedbetweenthedemandsoftraditionalindustriesandthoseofemergingsectors.Consequently,engineringeducationisconfrontedwithnewchallengesandopportunities.Againstthebackdropofthe"EmergingEngineeringEducation"initiative,this studysynergisticalloptimizestheexistinggeneraleducationsystembasedonthecoreprinciplesof"balanceddevelopmentin fiveeducationdomains,integrationofindustryandeducation,andrespectforstudentautonomy",constructsandimplementsa novelducationalframeworkforfosteringengineeringinovationtalent.Aimedatsynchronouslyenancingstudentsknowledgeabilities,andqualities,thisframeworkinnovativelydesignsafour-stageempowermenttrainingsystem:"engineeringtheorybasic training-capabiltytraining-advancedinovation.”Takingthe"CNCMachining Training"courseasanexample,thepaperelaboratesonhowtheintroductionofAIagentdesignfaciatesthereformofpracticalteachingcomponents.Theimplementationof the"three-dimensioal,four-stage"modelestablishsamultistep,systematic,andindustryducationintegatedecosystefrultivatingengineringinovationcapabilities,providingrobustsupportfortalentdevelopmentinemergingengineering fields.
