Abstract:Carryingouttheconstructionofnewengineering disciplinesinhighereducation institutionsandcultivatingcompositeengineeringtalentswithsustainedinovationcapabilitiesisofgreatstrategicsignificanceforrespondingtothenewround oftechnologicalrevolutionandindustrialtransformation,andenancingthenewquaityproductivityofChina’seconomyThispaperfocusesontheconstructionofnewengineringdisciplines incommunicationengineeringandthecultivationofinnovativetalents.Thestudydeplyanalyzesthenecesityofresearch-basedteachingreformunderthebackgroundofnewengineringdisciplinesand providesspecificimplementationmethods.Aimingatthepainpointsoftheexistingteachingmodeandthenedsof thenewengineeringonstruction,aresearch-basedteachingsystemof"Theory-Practice-Innovation"hasbeendesignedfromthree aspects:urrculumsystemreconstruction,teachingmodeinnovation,andevaluationmechanismimprovement.Tounderpinthis system,anovelmulti-dimensionalevaluationmechanismforacademicdisciplinewasalsointroduced.Thepracticalefectshows thatthisteachingreformhassignificantlyimprovedstudentsengineeringpracticeabilityinovativethinkingandscientifice searchlieracy,providingareplicableandpromotablereferenceparadigmforthecultivationofinnovativetalentsinthefieldof communication engineering.
