[Abstract] This paper address the current situation where most research focuses on technical descriptions and lacks systematic theoretical integration.It comprehensively deconstructs competitive jujitsu through literature analysis, historicalcomparison,andsystematic inductionmethods.The study first elucidated the historical evolutionarytrajectory andrevealed its developmentallogic.Basedonthis,afive fold guiding ideologysystem was extracted,whichemphasizes ground combat,self-defense preset by the weak,relative strength of physiological equalityand joint force leverage, innovative empirical martial arts science,andthe integrationof trainingand combat with personality.Furthermore,a four-dimensional winning strategy framework was constructed, which includes close fiting,adhesionandtraction, positiontransformation,and intelligent victory.The core logic that runs through the strategy and technology was also clarified. Ultimatelythispaperargues thatthreeelementsofideology,strategies,andtechnologies formanorganicsstem of "ideas-paths-tools" that supports each other and is highly scientific,open,and educational.This studyaims to build
a foundational theoretical modelforcompetitive jujitsu,deepen theunderstanding of the essenceofthe project,guide scientific training and competitions,and provide theoretical references for promoting its standardized developmentof competitive jujitsu in China and youth physical education.
