Research on the Strategy of Primary School Launching Campus Football Class League —Taking the Football Characteristic Primary School in Huli District of Xiamen City as an Example

Shangwen Experimental School,Xiamen City,Xiamen,Fujian Province,361oo9 China [Abstract] Campus footballserves asacrucial foundation for realizing Chinese football dream,andhas significant implications for promoting the development ofsports and building asports power.As a basic competition of the "fourlevelleague system",classleaguesarekeycarriers for cultivating primaryschoolstudents'interest infootball,hoing their skils,and reserving young reserve talents.Taking the fotball characteristic primaryschools in Huli Districtof Xiamen Cityasthe research objects,this paper investigates thecurent situation of their classleagues,systematically analyzes the four core factors ofhuman resources,material resources,culture,and systems,and identifies prominent problems suchastheshortageof professional coachesandreferes,lowparticipationoffemale students,limited venue facilities,weaksafetyguarantees,ingleformsoffootballactivitiesandpublicity,simplisticcompetitionsystems,oflicts between competition schedules and training,and poor connection between teaching and competitions.Finaly,targeted countermeasuresare proposed,including talent coperation between universities and footballasociations,balanced development ofmale and female football,classtrength regulation,venueoptimization,safety enhancement,enriching
diversefootballactivitiesandonlineoflinepromotion,enhancementofcompetitionsystems,andresolutionofconflicts between"learning, training,and competitions" to standardizethe Xiamen footballcharacteristic primary school class league.Thispaperaims toprovidepractical reference forthestandardized,popularized,and long-term eectivene development.
