Comparative Analysis of Post Competition Blood Lactate Concentration in Excellent Swimmers

[Abstract] The aimof this study is to investigate the effcts of diferent genders，swimming styles，and distances on post competition blood lactate concentration in competitive swimming，and to analyze the correlation between post competition blood lactateand competitiontime inathletes.Theaim is to provide scientificbasis fortheuseof blood lactate to regulate training intensity and conduct competition monitoring in subsequent trainin.Methods： Ninety-two athletes fromthe Zhejiang swimming team were selected as the research subjects，and their performance inthesemifinals of two national swimming championshipsand post competition blood lactatedata werecollected，with atotal of 875 participants. It measures blood lactate using finger blood sampling method. The results showed that： In breaststroke， freestyle，and medley events，male athletes had significantly higher post race blood lactate concentrations than female athletes; Compared to different distances，the blood lactate level was highest after the 200m swimming competition; Compared to different swimming styles， the men's 100m and 200m distances，as well as all distances in the women's group，showed the highestblood lactate levelsafterbackstrokeandthelowestafterbreaststroke;Insome shortdistance 作者简介：吉春燕（1998一），女，硕士，初级研究员，研究方向为运动生理学。（剩余10807字）
